About Elizabeth

I’m really glad you found your way here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone. I support teenagers and adults, with a special focus on moms at all stages of motherhood, including pregnancy (prenatal), postpartum, and the many challenges of parenting. I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship or family challenges, parenting stress, and the emotional and identity changes that can come with becoming and being a parent. My goal is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood while we work together to help you feel

I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, drawing on CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies. Together, we’ll build on what’s already working for you, navigate challenges, and develop practical, meaningful tools to support lasting change, always tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace.

I know reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially when you’re used to taking care of everyone else. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, share openly, and feel heard. Together, we’ll take small, manageable steps toward growth, balance, and confidence, at a pace that feels right for you. You’re welcome just as you are.
