About Kezia

Over the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, youth, adults, and families across a variety of supportive roles. These experiences have deepened my passion for walking alongside families as they navigate both the challenges and joys of parenting and caregiving.

My practice is grounded in a neuroaffirming, strength-based, and family-centred approach. I believe every child and every family brings their own unique ways of thinking, communicating, learning, and relating to the world. Rather than focusing on “fixing” differences, I value understanding and supporting each person in ways that honour their individual strengths, needs, and lived experiences. I aim to create spaces where children, parents, and caregivers feel seen, respected and understood.

I am passionate about supporting parents and caregivers. I approach every family with curiosity, inclusivity, and a non-judgemental mindset. I believe my role is to help nurture the strengths that are pre-existing within different family dynamics while offering practical support and the opportunity for careful reflection.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy finding new adventures with my two children.
