Ally Kothari

Behavioural Consultant

About Ally

Ally is a Behavioural Consultant with over 18 years of experience supporting children and families, primarily within school divisions. Her work spans early learning (10 years) and elementary, junior high, and high school settings, where she has supported children and caregivers through the assessment and diagnosis of disabilities and into meaningful, practical supports across school, home, and community environments.

Ally practices from a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed lens, grounded in the belief that safety, regulation, and connection are essential to growth. She believes behaviour is communication, and when we understand the message behind it, we can shift perspectives and collaboratively implement meaningful strategies that support children in every setting.

Outside of work, Ally volunteers with her therapy dog, foster cats, and enjoys family time, cheering on her two teenage athletes.
